I am working as a consulting producer for NHK, Japan’s public broadcaster. It’s a three year placement program offered by CBC News. I write news stories for television and I also give recommendations on how to cover news stories. While in Tokyo, I also cover news stories for the CBC back in Canada such as this update on the situation in Fukushima, 5 years after the tsunami.
